program! In this Onsite role located in Concord, MA, you'll have

professionally. Your day to day as a DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF - ADULT
RESIDENTIAL As a Direct Support Staff in our Adult Residential
program, you can expect to assist residents with daily activities
such as meal preparation, medication management, and household
chores. Your role will involve providing emotional support,
fostering independence, and creating a fun and nurturing
environment for our residents. Each day will bring new

Requirements for this DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF - ADULT RESIDENTIAL job
To excel as a Direct Support Staff in our Adult Residential
program, you should have strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and
