Job Description Mystic Healthcare is a 100 bed skilled nursing facility. We are currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities: - Oversee assigned Nurses on your unit - Communicate with resident's family and POA to provide updates - Document resident's medical status and or changes accurately - Make daily rounds of the department - Provide direct nursing care as necessary - Notify the resident's attending physician and next of kin when there is a change to the resident's condition - Visit residents on a daily basis in order to observe and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status - Supervises the completion of the MDS in a timely fashion - Admit, transfer and discharge residents as necessary - Start IVs, obtain sputum, urine and other specimens for lab tests as ordered Must possess an unencumbered CT RN nursing license Our benefits include: Paid Time Off, Perfect Attendance Days Off, 401k, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Referral Bonus Program, Uniform Reimbursement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
