Employee Recognition Account Executive (Remote)At ITA Group, we
design experiences that change the way people connect with brands
they work at, work with and buy from. We are looking to fill remote
sales positions with senior-level sales professionals living in
theeastern region of the United States(NYC, Philadelphia, Boston,
Charlotte, Nashville, Tampa, Charleston and
Jacksonville).TheEmployee Recognition Account Executive (AE)acts as
a business hunter, focusing on identifying and winning new
opportunities within ITA Group'semployee experiencespace. This
includes holding face-to-face client meetings, leveraging sales
tools, and aligning ITA Group's solutions to clients' business
needs.AEs must be experts in ITA Group's employee experience
solution line with services that include: employee recognition,
engagement platforms, employer branding and communications,
employee corporate events, learning and development, safety culture
and milestone awards.The AE plays a pivotal role in uncovering
client business challenges, understanding their brand and total
rewards strategy, and creating demand through strong relationships
with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Once an opportunity is
identified, the AE partners with internal teams to design tailored
solutions grounded in client data and insights. Success is measured
by the achievement of client goals, financial outcomes, and the
lasting impact on employee engagement.What does it take to be a
successful AE at ITA Group?
- Have a hunter-mentality; uncovering client's current business
challenges as well as what motivates their various stakeholder
groups.
- Ability to use your knowledge, network and business acumen to
create demand for ITA Group's employee experience products and
services by forging strong relationships through a network of
coaches and key decision makers.
- Expertise and curiosity - a deep knowledge of multiple
industries' go-to-market channel and an ability to share your
knowledge in a way that earns you a spot in the c-suite of your
clients.
- Act as an employee experience brand ambassador in the market
(e.g., attending and acting as an expert at conferences (leading
breakouts, speaking engagements, panel discussions), leadership
roles in industry associations, social selling, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills, fluent in round table discussions
and a knack for creating business cases to justify $1M+
investments.
- Be a team player - throughout the selling process, you will
work with an internal team of experts to design activation
solutions rooted in research, science and a deep understanding of
our client's needs. We then design solutions that create an
emotional connection and returns on your clients' KPIs. Throughout
this process, the AE must be able to flex between leading,
contributing and partnering to successfully close business.Elements

- Minimum of five years of experience in a consultative, business
development, or sales-related role.
- Proven success in prospecting, researching client
organizations, and delivering compelling sales presentations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to uncover client
challenges and translate insights into solution-oriented
strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to craft persuasive messaging and effective
calls-to-action.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to
collaboration, empathy, diversity of thought, and active
listening.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to respond promptly,
solve problems effectively, and provide a high level of service to
both external and internal stakeholders.
- Consistently maintains a positive attitude and contributes to a
safe, productive, and inclusive work environment.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed to support
projects, client meetings, and deadlines.
- Experience in a service-oriented or client-facing industry is
