Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone
Responder.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume incoming calls from members in need of roadside
assistance, providing exceptional customer service
Accurately input member details and use online mapping tools to
determine breakdown location and service needs
Listen actively to identify special handling situations and provide
clear information on service details and costs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call
center environment
Stable, high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable
Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
