IN A NUTSHELL--- The Exterior Shift Lead has oversight and task management of the Exterior Team and its processes. Responsible for facilitating the process of training, coordination of tasks, and workflow of the assigned Exteriors Guides each day. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulationsResponsible for the oversight and supervision of the exterior lot including station placement, lot set up and break down, and attention to workflowResponsible for all line flow, including Adult Use and Medical, and ensuring excellent service or our customersWorking closely with the Exterior Lead Guide, the Shift Lead will observe and identify areas of opportunity and ways to add value to the external flow Demonstrates efficiency and focus by anticipating customer need, being mindful of gaps and adhering to the regulations and other operational requirementsCoordinates communication to Management, Security or other points of contact when the situation warrants Maintains professionalism at all time and through all areas of service Demonstrates the ability to step into any Exterior Guide role as necessaryCommunicates directly with Call Center and Contact Team, as needed and is the point person for order additions, substitutions, expedition, edit, etc for onsite customers Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING Age 21 or over (Required)High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)At least 1 year Guide or Supervisory Experience (Required) Must be able to pass a drug screen (Required; THC is not a disqualifier) Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needsExcellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detailPrevious retail or customer service experience preferredKnowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software and debit terminal Must successfully complete a role specific training program. This includes passing the Dispensing test at the conclusion of the training program and independently perform all functions of the roleAbility to deal with problems and resolve in a professional mannerMust be available to work weekends and applicable holidaysPositive attitude and strong work ethicDemonstrates high emotional intelligenceAbility to effectively multi-taskMust be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Indoor and outdoor (all weather) environments. Requires the ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for 12 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform weighing, counting, calculating and computer processing operations.
