IN A NUTSHELL--- The Exterior Guide is responsible for interacting with patients and adult use customers as they arrive to our dispensary locations. Exterior Guides are the first point of contact for our customers and set the stage for our best-in-class service. Exterior Guides provide knowledge, compassion, information, and resources while facilitating orders and supporting our clients through the buying experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with the states' cannabis regulations Delivers consistent best-in-class service that exceeds our clients' expectations and builds a long-term rapport Provide product expertise and knowledge to clients and explain the potential benefits of each various type and strain of cannabis, as well as methods of useIdentifies the needs of each individual client by demonstrating compassion, empathy, and sensitivityAttention to detail across all aspect of the role including consistent, accurate attendance to scheduled shiftsAnswer client and caregiver questions and provide resources to assist in their use of cannabisMaintains privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient informationIs a positive and enthusiastic representative of our brand with a passion for our productsDemonstrates and maintains expert level knowledge of all sales software to best support and troubleshoot order placementHelp to ensure the exterior of the store is always tidy and is involved and knowledgeable of all opening and closing set up and break down of the lot(s)Work closely and professionally with a team of other Guides and managers in all things including, but not limited to, opening, and closing procedures, side work and other assigned, essential dutiesActs as a liaison between clients and NETA management to continually improve the customer experienceAppropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint to management, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brandPerforms other duties and tasks as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING Age 21 or over (Required)High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needsExcellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detailPrevious retail or customer service experience preferredKnowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software and debit terminal Must successfully complete a role specific training program. This includes passing the Dispensing test at the conclusion of the training program and independently perform all functions of the roleAbility to deal with problems and resolve in a professional mannerMust be available to work weekends and applicable holidaysPositive attitude and strong work ethicDemonstrates high emotional intelligenceAbility to effectively multi-taskMust be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Indoor and outdoor(all weather) environments. Requires the ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for 12 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform weighing, counting, calculating and computer processing operations.
