Job Description Job Description Job Title: Senior AWS AI Engineer Location: Boston, MA (Local Candidates Only) Work Authorization: Candidates must currently reside in MA / NH / RI Duration: 12 Months (Contract) Position Overview "Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS AI Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven web applications using leading Large Language Models (LLMs) within secure Amazon Bedrock environments. This role focuses on building responsible, human-centered AI solutions in a highly regulated environment, with a strong emphasis on data security, transparency, and scalability. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on AI engineering expertise, deep AWS knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in application development and AI/ML implementation 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and related AWS services Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, model deployment, and optimization Proven experience integrating AI solutions into complex enterprise systems Proficiency in React and TypeScript for building AI-powered user interfaces Experience designing intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX for AI applications Hands-on experience with cloud-based version control and CI/CD pipelines Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting public sector or government initiatives Familiarity with compliance requirements and security standards in regulated environments AWS AI Cloud Practitioner or related AWS certifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Lead AI engineering initiatives with full ownership of solution design and delivery Design, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and AWS services Advocate for technical integrity, responsible AI practices, and transparency throughout development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI into existing applications and workflows Ensure best practices in model deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance Produce technical documentation and AI Center of Excellence (COE) artifacts to support knowledge transfer and audit requirements Participate in collaborative development using version control systems and CI/CD pipelines Engage directly with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs For more details reach at resumes@navitassols.com About Navitas Partners, LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing Technical / IT staffing firms in the US providing services to numerous clients.
