AV Support Engineer

Job Description:

Modis currently has an opening for an AV Support Engineer job in Boston, MA. The AV Support Engineer must have experience supporting a large enterprise environment consisting of video conference, teleconferencing technologies (Tandberg, and Polycom). Some more qualifications are listed below:
 
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should possess the following:

• 
  

• 2+ years of AV experience
• Experience working with financial services clients in a global service model
• Current Video Conferencing experience (Tandberg preferred)
• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Customer Service focused attitude
• AV experience is a strong + - Must have interest in working in the AV space.
• Ability to take ownership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
 

• 
  

• AV support including presentation and video conferencing setup
• AV troubleshooting of in-room equipment
• Monitoring and resolution of AV support requests via Remedy/Service Now
• Coordination with AV and PCS teams for event scheduling
• Management of digital media content uploading/distribution
• Management of firm-facing AV SharePoint to assist in self-service of AV rooms
• Maintain open communication within AV team regarding upcoming meetings and events.
