Sitech Northeast (a premier Trimble Heavy Civil products dealer) is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Milford, Massachusetts location. This is a great role for anyone interested in technology and heavy equipment. Join an industry experiencing 20% growth year over year. Pay: Starting at $27.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience. Hours: Full time position 12 months/ 40+ hours a week. Weekend hours are very rare. Benefits Include:

  A Day in the Life:
  • Troubleshoot electrical, software, and hardware faults within a machine system on job sites.
  • Order parts and complete service reports.
  • Install GPS components and wiring on a variety of heavy equipment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by working with the sales and survey teams.
  • Use Trimble survey gear to precisely measure and calibrate machines.
  • Assist other technicians.

    • Top notch verbal and written communication skills
    • High school diploma or (GED) equivalent.
    • Two-year degree in diesel technologies or equivalent experience.
    • Valid driver's license, clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicle
    • Competent with computers, cell phones, and other types of technology.
    • Flexibility to work after-hours when needed to exceed customer expectations.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
