Job Description Job Description Bravo Recruiting Solutions Corp is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our location in Vermont. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Job Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider - Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician - Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans - Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing - Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes - Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures Qualifications: - Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont or a Compact license for another state - CPR certification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Location: The facility will be located in Burlington, VT 05401 If you are a passionate and caring individual looking to make a difference in the lives of patients, we would love to hear from you.
