Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 2 years Inpatient PT experience Traveler's perm address must be included in profile Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need Any/All RTO must be included in profile Cover page, Work History, 1 Reference (Supervisory Signed from within the past two years of employment) required New Hampshire RN License or Compact must be uploaded with profile Active American Heart Association BLS required Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital Shift: Days Shift Details: Monday-Friday, flexibility needed (typically 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) - 40 hrs/week Weekend Requirement: None Non-billable Orientation: 0 hrs Location Highlights New London, NH offers a range of recreational and cultural attractions.
