Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Laconia, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,542 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: Not specified Shift: Weekdays with Every Other Weekend Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: 2-3 years of ICU experience, strong self-starter, experience in a variety of care, ability to work independently and quickly, CVICU experience preferred License: Active RN license required Certifications: Current BLS & ACLS required; Preferred: TNCC, PALS, CCRN Must-Have: - Up-to-date resume indicating relevant experience - Two recent references from Charge/Manager RNs - Skills checklist matching specialty - Driver's license with matching address - Licensure verification - RTO must be included Description: Registered Nurse position in the Intensive Care Unit. Candidates should have 2-3 years of ICU experience, with a strong emphasis on self-starting capabilities and experience in diverse care settings. Preference will be given to those with CVICU experience. Candidates must be able to work independently and quickly in a fast-paced environment. Floating to other areas such as ED, Stepdown, and Med Surg may be required with modified assignments. Experience with equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Artic Sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infusers is essential. EMR experience with Cerner is preferred but not required. Candidates must be prepared to meet the floating requirements and adapt to various care environments. Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory, while TNCC, PALS, and CCRN certifications are preferred. Note: First-time travelers will not be considered for this position.
