Physical Therapist Location: Littleton, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,072 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Home Health/Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years current experience in Physical Therapy in Home Health License: Active state license required Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have: Candidates must have their own vehicle and be comfortable driving in winter weather. Permanent address must be included in the submission file. Experience in Home Health and/or Hospice is required. OASIS experience is required. Description: A Physical Therapist is needed for a Home Health/Hospice position. Candidates must have experience treating a variety of age groups, including pediatrics to geriatrics. Previous travel experience is highly preferred. Candidates should possess a physical therapy skills checklist, current within the past year. A signed supervisory reference from the past year of employment is required. All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission. The ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule is essential. Candidates should be committed to providing high-quality patient care in the home health setting.
