Job Description Job Description We are seeking a full-time bilingual(English/Portuguese) NP or PA to provide high-quality, patient-centered care inour Fall River clinic. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety ofacute and chronic conditions while serving as an essential resource for ourPortuguese-speaking community. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $120,000 –$150,000, depending on experience Medical, dental, vision Paid time off & holidays 401(k) or 403(b) withemployer contribution CME allowance Malpractice coverage Professional growth andadvancement opportunities Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments,exams, and follow-up c Diagnose and manage acuteand chronic conditions Order and interpret labs andimaging Prescribe medications per MAguidelines Provide patient educationand counseling Coordinate care withphysicians and specialists Document accurately in theEHR Requirements: Master’s degree (NP or PA)from an accredited program Current Massachusetts NP orPA license National certification(AANP/ANCC or NCCPA) DEA certification (oreligibility) BLS required; ACLS preferred Fluency in English andPortuguese 1–2 years of clinicalexperience preferred (new grads considered) Strong communication andpatient-engagement skills
