This role is designed to address the challenges faced by the elderly, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, offering you a valuable opportunity to make a significant impact on our community's well-being. This position offers a flexible hybrid work-from-home schedule, allowing for a balance between direct client interaction and remote administration. Conduct psychological assessments and provide accurate diagnoses Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs Deliver one-on-one or group therapy sessions both virtually and in-person Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Document and maintain clear and accurate treatment records Engage in continuous education to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care Advocate for clients and facilitate access to additional resources when necessary Strong skills in clinical assessment and diagnosis Proficient in conducting various therapeutic interventions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Comfortable with both face-to-face and remote communication platforms Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Required: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent Preferred: Certified in trauma-informed care and/or other relevant specialized training
