Job Description Rhode Island Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, part

career /n /n /n Primary Responsibilities: /n /n - Provide treatment
for mental health conditions using various approaches including
cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and
other evidence-based methods /n - Systematically track treatment
response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and
treatment side effects or complications /n - Maintain accurate and
up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation,
ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements /n - Support
colleagues as a subject matter expert, providing explanations &
guidance to others on the most complex/critical issues /n - Serve
as a leader among the clinical team, providing recommendations for
improvement and mentoring other clinicians /n /n /n You’ll be

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: /n /n - Master’s
degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field /n
- Clear, active and unrestricted license ([LICSW, LCSW, LMFT,
LMHC]) in the state of Rhode Island /n - Currently eligible to be
enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate
opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position /n /n /n
Preferred Qualifications: /n /n - 2 years of professional
experience post master’s degree providing behavioral health
services /n - Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to
individuals and families /n - Experience working with computers for
professional communication and medical documentation - Excel,
Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) /n - Proven ability to work
both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness /n
/n /n The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600
annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
