Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic OTR Occupational Therapist to join our
growing prn team.
Provide direct rehab care based on physician referrals, adhering to
all laws and standards.
Must be NBCOT certified (renewal optional) and licensed in the
state, with 1+ year post-acute care experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and
teamwork skills.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising
staff, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety.
Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent
customer service.
Additional duties include participating in community health
projects, assisting in patient evacuation, and maintaining regular
attendance.
Requires physical activity, good judgment, and the ability to work
effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
