We are servicing many new facilities in Massachusetts -and Rhode Island
Looking to hire a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter for a full-time remote position to join our dynamic recruiting team!
Work from home and attend monthly local MA & RI job fairs. -
Requirements:

Must live in MA or RI
Need to be able to put in late afternoon early evening hours four times a week -
Must have 2+ years recruiting experience
Applicant tracking system experience needed
Familiar with social media and Indeed sourcing
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Outstanding oral and written communication skills -
Willing to travel to facilities, schools, and job fairs. -

Responsibilities: -

Full cycle recruiting of CNAs, Nurses, and all other nursing home staff -
Attend facility, college, and other job fairs
