Maxim Healthcare Services is currently hiring for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) throughout Bristol county. We are looking for qualified and reliable RN's and LPN's that have a passion for providing exceptional care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes. There are full-time, part-time and per-diem positions with day, evening and overnight shifts available in various areas.

We have an in-depth Novice Nurse Training Program, so new graduates are welcome to apply!

In addition to offering benefits, weekly checks and flexible scheduling, we offer extensive trainings and skills advancement programs (CPR, Novice Nurse, Pediatric, Trach/Ventilator Management, etc.). Seeing we work with medically complex patients of all ages (infants, pediatrics, adults and seniors), we do our best to match you with patients you have an interest in working with.

Maxim Healthcare Services now offers several training programs for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are looking to advance their skill set. Training programs including pediatric training, trach training, ventilator training and many more! These programs provide caregivers with training and experience to work comfortably and confidently in the homecare setting. Maxim does not require previous homecare experience, and new graduate nurses are also welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

+ Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

+ Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.

+ Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

+ Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

+ Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices.

+ Current Health Certificate (per facility).

+ Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

+ Current BLS card.
