Our very busy Family Medicine Practice in Easton is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee all operational, clinical and administrative aspects of our growing practice. This position requires an experienced, dedicated manager who is searching for a challenging and fast-paced role. The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall management of all administrative and operational functions associated with the practice . This includes optimizing operational efficiencies, developing and leading teams, assuring excellent patient satisfaction, analysis of patient flow and volume etc. The Practice Manager will have both clinical and administrative direct reports, manage t operational budgets and expenditures, inventory and overhead costs, using such to determine areas of optimization. The Practice Manager will assist to assure that the site meets and exceeds OSHA, CLIA, FSLA, patient confidentiality standards, and payor regulations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following skills and abilities:Requirements:• Ideal candidates should have a four year degree in a related field at least five or more years of management experience in a multi-practice setting• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to effectively and independently navigate in a complex medical delivery environment• Candidates should have excellent employee relation skills and demonstrate a strong history of strength in leadership • Current or very recent experience as a Practice Manager for a large practice or a multi-office practiceOther Qualifications:An RN or LPN with management experience preferred but not required.• Ability to manage changing priorities• Ability to exercise diplomacy and manage in a multi-disciplinary setting • Demonstrated skill in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures• Demonstrated problem solving skills• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills_______________________________________Please apply on-line.
