Job Description:
This is an essential position reporting to the Director, Global
Learning Enablement. This role will be accountable for
establishing, driving and managing the sales communication strategy
for the Waters sales and commercial organization.
This role will identify and drive "best in class" solutions to
deliver content that will drive sales person behavior through the
buyer's journey and provide guidance to Waters distributors in
their sales interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in sales, marketing and sales enablement with experience
in developing communication content and systems for -1,500 global
sales and commercial employees.
This position will partner/coordinate with local resources across
the global regions.
Owns, develops and optimizes a centralized sales communication
management system that delivers relevant content to support
specific sales roles at key inflection points in the buyer's
journey.
Collaborates closely with sales, commercial operations, marketing,
distributors, product marketing to develop and curate content. Work
with content owners to configure their content for optimal
usability by sales.
Maintains the alignment of resources and activities critical to the
curation of content within a strong governance framework in
compliance with Waters document policies.
Drives the operational efficiency of the system through continual
user and functional enhancements, user training and feedback,
success metrics, ongoing analysis and the introduction of new
requirements as necessary.
Maintain content integrity through continual audits, content
retirement and process enhancements.
Provide training for all content publishers and system users.
Develop and communicate utilization reports for leadership.
Education:
BA/BS in Marketing, Business
Experience:
-- Commercial: Global commercial/sales, sales enablement
experience
-- Commercial: demonstrated use of using data to inform
decisions.
-- Technology: Strong working knowledge of salesforce CRM
-- Technology: 10+ years' experience with knowledge management
systems, processes
