is looking for a Sr. Director of End User Asset Management and Site
& Branch Support to join our innovation and support practice. As
the leader of the End User Asset Management and Site & Branch
Support, you will focus on refining an end user asset management
strategy and delivering solutions designed to provide more
capabilities to our associates, improving the experience with our
existing asset management applications (End user computer, mobility
and software), eliminating risk in the environment with
vulnerability remediation and creating automated solutions to
support easy-to-use processes for our associates. You'll be
responsible for partnering with the technical platform teams for
all end user assets, ensuring that our associates' devices have a
robust management and request management platform and have the
opportunity to drive the development of the technical vision and
roadmap across these end user assets along with the continuation of
delivering personalized operational support for our Bank
Branch/Caf-- and back office locations. Responsibilities: Drive to
a sustainable risk elimination posture with our engineering and
cyber partners where vulnerabilities on end user assets are
remediated within industry leading timeframes and minimizing
impacts to our associates Determine and drive multi-year strategy
to drive efficiencies in end user device lifecycles Define
processes and system requirements to support the enterprise end
user asset management solution in collaboration with internal and
external resources that also supports enterprise class audit
compliance Determine, in partnership with our businesses, the
appropriate mix of solutions (computer/mobility/software) to ensure
the latest platforms that meet the critical requirements of our
associates through an understanding of the work that needs to be
done Provide expertise and understanding of the enterprise asset
and request management processes while working with leadership to
mold, shape and improve the end to end lifecycles Serve as a
trusted adviser to the business stakeholders and understand their
core business requirements for end user devices and software
Understand technical architecture and vision for the asset
management application platforms, primarily ServiceNow Develop
simple and easy-to-use request management processes for associates
to request devices/software based on current industry best
practices Have the ability to support negotiations on scope of
work, as well as manage purchase opportunities with our hardware
vendors and service providers across the scope of the role. This
includes SOW, MSA, NDAs, along with full financial tracking and
defining business benefits and justification Contribute and review
solution design: ensure innov ation, audit compliance, security,
and business requirements are met, while also keeping a keen eye on
improving the associate's experience with technology and their
end-user request management processes Partner with other internal
or supplier teams as needed (e.g., architecture, information
security, network, identity & access management, cyber, platform)
Mentor other members of the team on asset and request management
best methodologies Maintain an up-to-date knowledge by researching
new technologies and software products, participating in
educational opportunities and conferences, and reading professional
publications Lead a team of high performing, operations minded
leaders and ICs responsible for enterprise end user asset
lifecycles, site support and application delivery within the
internal Support and Innovation organization Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience At least 7 years of
experience with asset management architecture At least 7 years of
experience with enterprise technologies At least 7 years of
experience in people management At least 5 years of experience with
asset configuration platforms At least 3 years of experience in
strategy development Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in
Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Systems Engineering,
Management of Information Systems, Management of Information
Technology 10 years of experience in People Management 10 years of
experience delivering and leading technical solutions and projects
in a technical or management capacity 5 years of experience in
strategy development 5 years of experience with asset management
practices including device usage in the industry, as well as system
design requirements 5 years of experience with roadmap ownership,
use case creation, strategy development, KPI development, OKR
definitions and customer relationship management 5 years of
experience with audit compliance, risk controls and application
development 3 years of experience with enterprise class
configuration processes and implementations including asset
management toolsets (Salesforce, Service Now). At this time,
