(LSE:CTEC). Position Overview: The Technical Project Manager
oversees the project management, planning, execution, tracking, and
reporting of Research projects in accordance with agreed upon
scope, timing, and budget. The role requires driving cross
functional project execution through collaboration with various
functional groups, including Biomedical, Materials Science, User
insights, design and engineering, R&D New Product Development
and Lifecycle Management. Key Responsibilities: • Consistently
project manage and deliver projects to ensure completion on time
within the agreed scope and budget • Work with cross functional
project teams to provide a coordinated and collaborative approach
to Applied Research projects. • Create detailed work plans for
assigned projects which identify and sequence the activities needed
to successfully complete each project and establish the resources
(time, money, capital equipment, etc.) required to complete the
project activities • Work within a cross functional team to ensure
workstreams are appropriately planned and integrated into master
schedules • Review project schedules with senior management and
project team members; revise schedules/plan as required to ensure
successful completion • Proactively identify and mitigate project
risks. Escalate as appropriate to ensure timely resolution of
identified issues • Manage compliance to both Design Control and
Business processes, such as preparation for White Paper reviews
with the Steering team core team and ensuring rigorous adherence to
the Applied Research governance process • Set up files to ensure
all project information is appropriately documented and secured •
Support the PMO to develop and enhance project management tools,
processes, and systems to ensure consistent and efficient ways of
working Skills & Experience: • 3 years of experience successfully
managing and delivering a R&D technical workstream • Prior
experience developing medical devices strongly preferred • Strong
proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS
PowerPoint, MS Teams, database software, MS Outlook, Project
Management Cloud Software • Strong communicator; Speak, listen and
write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and
effective communication tools and techniques. • Leader and
team-worker who actively looks to develop themself and others;
proactively networks across a complex organizational hierarchy and
works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and
resolve problems Qualifications/Education: • STEM degree such as BS
in Engineering or Science discipline; MS preferred • Project
management certification is preferred (CAPM, APM, PMP or
equivalent) Travel Requirements Position may involve up to 10%
travel within the United States or Europe depending on assigned
location. Working Conditions • Hybrid working: typically, 3 days
per week in the office, driven by business requirements as the
company has a flexible approach to office working. • Must be
