Responsibilities: - Collaborate with educators and support staff to design and implement individualized OT programs - Assess students' physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to create effective treatment plans - Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings - Document progress and communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school administrators - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support student success and compliance with educational standards Qualifications: - Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist - Experience working in school settings preferred - Strong knowledge of pediatric OT evaluation and intervention methods - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to adapt to varying school environments and travel as required Location: - This role is based in Burlington, VT, with travel responsibilities to different schools in the region as needed.
