active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy

qualifications will not be considered. A full-time opportunity is
available for a Physical Therapist specializing in school-based
services, located in New Britain, CT. This contract position
involves working primarily with elementary students, focusing on
developing gross motor skills and providing compensatory services
to those with limited mobility. Responsibilities include:
Delivering physical therapy interventions tailored to the needs of
elementary students. Providing support to students who require
mobility assistance, including time spent in standers.
Collaborating with educational staff to integrate therapy goals
into the school environment. Maintaining detailed documentation and
progress reports in compliance with educational standards.
Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist licensure with experience
in school-based settings. Strong knowledge of gross motor skill
development and compensatory strategies. Ability to work
efficiently with students who have a range of mobility challenges.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators,
families, and healthcare professionals. Location: New Britain, CT
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week This role offers the
