What You’ll Do As a Residential Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing client accounts and ensuring smooth operations for landscaping and snow services. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with residential clients. - Overseeing landscaping and snow removal services to ensure client satisfaction. - Coordinating with crews to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. - Managing schedules, budgets, and resources for assigned accounts. - Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. - Identifying opportunities to enhance services and grow client relationships. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in account management, landscaping, snow services, or a related field. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - A proactive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently as needed. - A valid driver’s license (DOT card provided).
