Responsibilities for Project Analyst include but are not limited to the following:

*This position will manage and lead appropriate internal improvement teams in advancing the organization.

*Compiles and analyzes confidential information for various projects and reports.

*Assumes special projects as assigned by the team.

*Creates customized reports and presentations based on Management team's needs.

*Provides graphical representations of report trends and statistics.

*The position will utilize PMO tools including but not limited to: Enterprise Portfolio/Project Management System, Project Management Tool Kit, and documentation management sites.

*The position will also support major programs/projects with cross-functional tracking logs and other key deliverables deemed appropriate.

Candidates must meet the following Project Analyst requirements for consideration:

*Must have budgeting experience including analyzing financials and generating reporting.

*Must be highly proficient with MS Office, especially Excel (V-look-ups, Pivot Tables, Visio), PowerPoint and MS project.

*Access experience is a plus

Pay for this position is $32.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a long term temporary opportunity.
